Ceramics are sent out insured including a tracking number via DHL.
Jewelry orders also come with a tracking number (not insured) and a priority service (faster delivery).

Ceramics: 5€ DE, 14€ EU, 35€ REST OF THE WORLD
Germany: 1-3 business days
EU: 3-6 business days
Rest of the world: 10-14 business days
Taxes and import duties are not included, depend on your country's custom office and must be borne by yourself.
We are not responsible for any packages that get lost or damaged in transit and will not refund nor replace them.
If you are not happy with your order and want to return it, simply follow these steps:
1. Make sure that the product is in its original condition (undamaged, unworn and without stains).
2. You have 14 days to return your product (calculated from day of delivery).
3. Please get in touch with us at email@example.com to receive the return shipping address.
4. Send us the product in its original packaging via any trackable and insured service of your choice, at your expense. In order to process your return faster, please forward us the tracking number.
5. Please allow 1 week to process your return and refund your account. Return shipping costs will not be refunded.
